Choose from one of two maintenance plans that offer the right amount of service based on your preferences. The gold-level plan offers complete exterior maintenance and repair, while the platinum-level services adds complete interior maintenance and repair as well as appliance and equipment service. Both plans cover common area maintenance, lawn care services, insurance, basic cable and trash and snow removal.
